| Product Overview | The quantitative detection of telomerase activity provides valuable information in many aspects such as cancer prognosis, treatment response, cellular aging, and potential therapeutic targets. The Telomerase Activity Test Kit enables the quantitative comparison of telomerase activity between cell populations. The kit utilizes mild lysis buffer to treat cells, allowing the native telomerase to be released. The telomere primer set is used to recognize and amplify newly synthesized telomere sequences in the assay, followed by the qPCR protocol to quantify telomerase activity in samples. |
| Storage Conditions | Upon receipt, telomerase-positive cell lysate should be stored at -80°C. qPCR master mix, buffer, and telomere primer set should be stored at -20°C. Nuclease-free H2O should be stored at 4°C. |
