It inhibits the T-cell receptor signal transduction pathway via the formation of cyclosporin A−cyclophilin complex that inhibits calcineurin (protein phosphatase 2B. Cyclosporin A and its derivatives (including Alisporivir) inhibit multiple coronaviruses. Cyclosporin A and its derivatives (including Alisporivir) inhibit multiple coronaviruses.
