| Product Overview | This ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative assessment of chicken TEP1 concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids through in vitro analysis. It employs the Sandwich-ELISA method. The included micro ELISA plate comes pre-coated with a TEP1-specific antibody. To conduct the assay, standards or samples are introduced into the respective micro ELISA plate wells and mixed with the specific antibody. Subsequently, a biotinylated detection antibody specific for TEP1, along with an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate, is sequentially added to each microplate well and allowed to incubate. Unbound components are then thoroughly washed away. Following this, a substrate solution is introduced to each well. Only those wells containing TEP1, the biotinylated detection antibody, and the Avidin-HRP conjugate will exhibit a blue color. The enzymatic reaction with the substrate is halted by adding a sulfuric acid solution, causing the color to change to yellow. The optical density (OD) is quantitatively measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of TEP1. You can determine the TEP1 concentration in the samples by comparing their OD to the standard curve provided. |

| Notes | Occasionally, trace amounts of reagent may remain in the closure of the product vial during shipment and storage of the TEP1 ELISA kit. It is recommended that any liquid that may be present in the lid of the container be centrifuged to the bottom using a bench-top centrifuge prior to experimentation. |
