TK057 | Porcine Telomerase Associated Protein 1 (TEP1) ELISA Kit |
This ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative assessment of Porcine TEP1 concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids through in vitro analysis. It employs the Sandwich-ELISA method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this Kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to TEP1. To conduct the assay, standards or samples are introduced into the respective micro ELISA plate wells and mixed with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for TEP1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Unbound components are then thoroughly washed away. Following this, a substrate solution is introduced to each well. Only those wells that contain TEP1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzymatic reaction with the substrate is halted by adding a sulfuric acid solution, causing the color to change to yellow. The optical density (OD) is quantitatively measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of TEP1. You can determine the TEP1 concentration in the samples by comparing their OD to the standard curve provided. |

TK061 | Rat Telomerase (TE) ELISA Kit |
This Kit employs the Double Antibody Sandwich ELISA technique. The plate comes pre-coated with an anti-Rat TE monoclonal antibody, while the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody. Samples and biotinylated antibodies are added to ELISA plate wells and subsequently washed with PBS or TBS following their respective additions. Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are then introduced to the wells. Following a thorough wash with PBS or TBS, TMB substrate is utilized for color development. TMB reacts with peroxidase activity, resulting in the formation of a blue product, which ultimately turns yellow upon the addition of the stop solution (Color Reagent C). The intensity of the color and the quantity of the target analyte in the sample exhibit a positive correlation. |

TK064 | Rat Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (TERT) ELISA Kit |
This Kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology. Initially, anti-TCF7L2 antibody is pre-coated onto 96-well plates. Subsequently, biotin-conjugated anti-TCF7L2 antibody is employed as the detection antibody. The process involves adding standards, test samples, and the biotin-conjugated detection antibody to the wells, followed by a wash with a wash buffer. Next, HRP-Streptavidin is introduced, and any unbound conjugates are thoroughly washed away using the wash buffer. To visualize the HRP enzymatic reaction, TMB substrates are utilized. TMB undergoes catalysis by HRP, resulting in the generation of a blue-colored product that transitions to yellow upon the addition of an acidic stop solution. The intensity of the yellow color is directly proportional to the amount of TCF7L2 captured from the sample within the plate. The optical density (O.D.) absorbance at 450nm is then measured using a microplate reader, allowing for the calculation of the concentration of TCF7L2. |

TK065 | Rat Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (TERT) ELISA Kit |
This TERT ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative determination of Rat TERT and follows a solid-phase ELISA format. The TERT ELISA Kit employs a competitive enzyme immunoassay technique, utilizing a polyclonal anti-TERT antibody and a TERT-HRP conjugate. During the assay, the sample and buffer are incubated together with the TERT-HRP conjugate on a pre-coated plate for one hour. Following this incubation period, the wells are emptied and washed five times to remove any unbound substances. Next, the wells are incubated with a substrate for the HRP enzyme. The resulting enzyme-substrate reaction generates a blue-colored complex. To terminate the reaction, a stop solution is added, which subsequently changes the solution's color to yellow. The intensity of this yellow color is quantitatively measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm using a microplate reader. This color intensity is inversely proportional to the concentration of TERT, as TERT from the samples and TERT-HRP conjugate compete for binding sites on the anti-TERT antibody. Given the limited number of binding sites, as more sites are occupied by TERT from the sample, fewer sites are available to bind TERT-HRP conjugate. To determine the TERT concentration in each sample, a standard curve is constructed, correlating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The TERT concentration in each sample can then be determined by interpolation from this standard curve. |
